Kristine started her career as administrations officer for Elcom Collieries in the Hunter Valley. She than progressed into a finance position at Drayton Coal part of Shell Exploration. Kristine worked on the senior management team until she left to go travelling in the USA with her husband Sean Edwards. On returning Kristine started two café businesses in regional Australia running the front of house and administration. Kristine was the CFO of Café Culture International before recently crossing over to her coffee roasting business Peak Coffee securing 100% shareholding in the business. Kristine manages the daily running of a 3000 kg a week roaster with 250 wholesale customers. Kristine also has three café/espresso bars attached to the business. Kristine has excellent coffee knowledge and understands fully the running of a medium size coffee business. She is passionate about people and her business acumen is based around high quality customer service.
